  • Please note that the Calypso Beach body corporate enforces strict security and residential guidelines. To ensure compliance, all guests are required to submit valid ID copies and vehicle registration numbers prior to arrival. Only registered guests and vehicles will be granted access to the estate. As this is a quiet residential area, no parties or loud noise are permitted, and entry will not be allowed for any unregistered visitors.
  • Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a modest reimbursement may be requested.

Cancellation Policy

  • Should the booking be cancelled 15 days or more prior to the check-in date, the full amount received will be refunded.
  • Should the booking be cancelled 14 days or less prior to the check-in date, the full amount received will be forfeited.
