Shelley Point is renowned for its nine-hole golf course, clubhouse restaurant, golden mile beach that stretches for kilometres, surfing, fishing, kayaking and bodyboarding. The area is known for excellent whale and dolphin watching year-round, with these magnificent creatures frequently seen in the bay.

Upon entering, guests are welcomed by a spacious, avantgarde living space featuring a dining area alongside a fully equipped, contemporary kitchen catering for all your culinary needs.

An inviting double sided, wood-burning fireplace separates the dining room from the tranquil lounge area, fitted with a smart TV, creating the ideal place to relax and unwind. Adjacent to the lounge is an enclosed patio or entertainment area with stackable seamless glass doors ,allowing an abundance of fresh air and natural light to fill the room. This area has an indoor wood barbeque/braai, making this the perfect spot to enjoy social gatherings, board games, sudoku or puzzles. There are also multiple cosy reading nooks with beautiful sea views throughout this home which offer the perfect space to unwind with a book. For added convenience, there is a guest toilet within the living space.

The private garden boasts ocean views, a sparkling heated swimming pool, six sun loungers and a luxurious double day bed, allowing guests to make the most of those hot summer days. An open upstairs patio is the perfect area to comfortably enjoy sundowners on the outdoor lounge furniture or swing chair while experiencing the most exquisite sunsets.

One of the four beautiful ensuite bedrooms is located downstairs, with two ¾ beds and has direct access to the private garden and outdoor patio through sliding doors. All four bedrooms have spectacular sea views, air conditioning, ceiling fans and private outdoor patio access. A stunningly designed staircase guides guests to the second floor, which houses the remaining three ensuite bedrooms. The master bedroom boasts a king-size bed, an indoor fireplace and a seamless open-plan design with a free-standing bath, double basin and double “his and hers” shower, all integrated within the bedroom but with a private ensuite toilet. The remaining two bedrooms each feature a queen-size bed. One of these rooms also includes a loft-style space, accessible via a sturdy ladder within the bedroom. This cozy elevated hideaway offers an additional queen and ¾ bed. With its low ceiling, it’s an ideal space for children, offering a whimsical and playful semi-private retreat just for them.

The location of this property allows for ample opportunities to explore the breath-taking coastal surroundings. Nearby destinations along the West Coast include Langebaan, well known for its kite surfing it’s the popular Mediterranean-style tourist hub, called Mykonos and its close proximity to a natural wonder, the West Coast National Park. The quaint fishing village of Paternoster is also close by and is home to the Wolfgat cave, an archaeological site that has revealed artefacts that date back some 2000 years. Guests can enjoy horse riding on the beach or dine at one of the superb restaurants that can be found in the harbour waterfront.

  • R295 booking fee will be charged per booking.

  • Rates are quoted per day. 

  • Advertised rates and minimum stays are seasonal.    

  • A Departure Cleaning Fee will be charged per booking.

  • A standard key & breakage deposit is payable before check-in. This amount depends on the standard of the establishment and may be changed at the owner’s / management’s discretion. 

  • For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.

  • Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a modest reimbursement may be requested.

Cancellation Policy

  • Should the booking be cancelled 15 days or more prior to the check-in date, the full amount received will be refunded.

  • Should the booking be cancelled 14 days or less prior to the check-in date, the full amount received will be forfeited.
