  • This unique villa boasts a distinctive design and exceptional amenities. Please note that the staircases are open and do not feature traditional handrails, so extra caution is advised—especially for children or guests with mobility concerns. The game room is intended for enjoyment, and we kindly ask that all equipment be used responsibly and with care. To ensure the best possible experience, we encourage guests to familiarise themselves with the villa’s layout and features before booking.
  • To ensure a comfortable and safe environment for all guests while upholding our property standards, we kindly ask that you adhere to the following occupancy guidelines: our villa can accommodate a total of 12 guests, including both adults and children, and it is essential that all overnight guests are registered at the time of booking, as unregistered overnight guests are not permitted.
  • Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a modest reimbursement may be requested.

Cancellation Policy

  • Should the booking be cancelled 15 days or more prior to the check-in date, the full amount received will be refunded.

  • Should the booking be cancelled 14 days or less prior to the check-in date, the full amount received will be forfeited.
