Kiahuna 2 is a delightful two bedroom apartment situated in the up market coastal town of Umhlanga Rocks in Durban, known for its beautiful beaches, holiday resorts, luxury real estate and unique attractions such as the promenade and lighthouse.
Upon entering the apartment you are welcomed with a stylish open plan living area with neutral tones throughout and modern finishes. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need for a comfortable self-catering stay including a coffee machine and washing machine for your convenience. Sit and enjoy your favourite meals at the dining table, seating four people comfortably. The lounge invites you to kick back and relax with a comfy L-shape couch and a wall mounted flat screen TV with internet access and airconditioning throughout the property. Stepping out from the lounge, through glass sliding doors is a beautiful patio overlooking a lush private garden with outdoor furniture where you can sit and enjoy the sunshine and fresh air. Guests will have access to the shared outdoor swimming pool and braai facilities directly from your private garden or take a short walk down to Bronze beach which also has a lovely promenade. With electric fencing surrounding the premises and 24/7 security patrolling the area, safety will not be an issue.
The main bedroom offers guests a queen size bed, an air conditioner, a sliding door allowing access to the garden and an en-suite bathroom including a bath, toilet and basin while the second bedroom features a double bed and makes use of a shared bathroom with a shower, toilet and basin. All linen and towels are provided with your stay.
Ideally located, guests will be within close proximity to shops, restaurants and nearby activities such as wine tasting, fishing, swimming and the beachfront making this a stunning and convenient location to be based at.
Please note that the property is situated in a nature-rich setting where wildlife, including monkeys, may occasionally be present; guests are kindly requested not to feed or approach the animals, and the swimming pool is available for guest use at their own risk.

A standard key & breakage deposit is payable before check-in. This amount depends on the standard of the establishment and may be changed at the owner’s / management’s discretion.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.
Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a modest reimbursement may be requested.
The only available parking is a single garage, which is best suited for one small vehicle.
