This spacious 3 level house can comfortably host up to ten people, in 3 bedrooms and 2 flats. Offering a variety of room configurations, Korhaan House ensures a comfortable and personalised stay.
Bedroom 1 comprises of a queen bed with an en-suite bathroom, whereas bedroom 2, with a queen bed, and bedroom 3, with two single beds, share a bathroom with 2 separate entrances. The bachelor flat, making bedroom 4, has an en-suite bathroom, its own entrance, kitchenette and deck. Bedroom 5 is also a flat consisting of a double bed, an en-suite bathroom, private entrance, kitchenette and deck.
The living area on the first floor boasts a fully equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher, washing machine and a tumble dryer. A spacious open plan dining/living room are fitted with stacking doors that open onto a deck, where one can take in the fresh ocean air. A Smart TV and fibre internet are accessible from these areas as well. A comfortable game/reading room, with sliding doors onto a deck, is available for all guests seeking entertainment space or some peaceful time away.
The two decks that Korhaan House has to offer, boast stunning sea views, space for outdoor dining and a gas braai. A beautiful indigenous garden on 2 levels can also be found with its large fire pit and seating, for the whole family to sit around and enjoy. A private servitude path leads directly from the garden onto a beautiful unspoilt beach that offers long walks and stunning Table Mountain views. A leisurely walk up the beach and you will find many varied excellent restaurants and coffee shops.
The house has a secure off-street parking behind a gate for 2 cars and a double garage for a further 2. The complex, with controlled access and onsite security personnel, provides a safe and welcoming environment for guests.
Melkbosstrand itself is a charming fishing village known for its white sandy beaches, seafood restaurants, and nature hikes. As a gateway to the West Coast, it offers a unique blend of West Coast charm and a love for surf, sand, and nature. • Bookings of 8 nights and longer will include a complimentary mid-stay clean with fresh linen.
• Should the booking be cancelled 15 days or more prior to the check-in date, the full amount received will be refunded.
• Should the booking be cancelled 14 days or less prior to the check-in date, the full amount received will be forfeited.
