Step out from the lounge through glass stacker doors onto a stunning balcony boasting breathtaking ocean views with an outside table and chairs, a large umbrella, sun loungers and a gas braai, making this the perfect spot for entertaining.

Additional features include a guest toilet, internet access, situated within a secure complex with 24-hour security, one secure parking bay, and additional parking available in the parking lot.

A peaceful night’s sleep awaits in the two well-appointed bedrooms, both featuring king-size beds and en-suite bathrooms. The main bedroom has access to the balcony through glass stacker doors, and its en-suite offers a shower, bath, toilet, and double basin with a vanity. The second en-suite includes a shower, toilet, and basin with a vanity. There is also a separate guest toilet for added convenience. Crisp linen and fresh towels will be provided for your stay.

  • In line with body corporate regulations, all local and international guests must be registered prior to arrival. To confirm your booking, guest verification is mandatory. Guests are required to provide full names, contact details, clear copies of ID or passports, vehicle registration (if applicable), and estimated arrival time. This information is used solely for security clearance purposes and will remain strictly confidential. Please note that failure to submit these details timeously may result in delayed or denied check-in.  
  • R195 booking fee will be charged per booking.  
  • Rates are quoted per day.   
  • Advertised rates and minimum stays are seasonal.      
  • A Departure Cleaning Fee will be charged per booking.  
  • A standard key & breakage deposit is payable before check-in. This amount depends on the standard of the establishment and may be changed at the owner’s / management’s discretion.   
  • For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.  
  • Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a modest reimbursement may be requested. 

Cancellation Policy

  • Should the booking be cancelled 15 days or more prior to the check-in date, the full amount received will be refunded.        
  • Should the booking be cancelled 14 days or less prior to the check-in date, the full amount received will be forfeited.
