  • For security and safety purposes, guests are required to provide full names, identification, details of any children travelling, vehicle registrations, and estimated arrival times prior to check-in. This information will be treated confidentially, and failure to submit it on time may result in delayed or denied check-in.  
  • R100 booking fee will be charged per booking.  
  • Rates are quoted per day.   
  • Advertised rates and minimum stays are seasonal.      
  • A Departure Cleaning Fee will be charged per booking.  
  • A standard key & breakage deposit is payable before check-in. This amount depends on the standard of the establishment and may be changed at the owner’s / management’s discretion.   
  • For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.  
  • Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a modest reimbursement may be requested. 

Cancellation Policy

  • Should the booking be cancelled 15 days or more prior to the check-in date, the full amount received will be refunded.        
  • Should the booking be cancelled 14 days or less prior to the check-in date, the full amount received will be forfeited.
