The second bedroom features a double bed, while the third bedroom includes two single beds and a shared nightstand, both fitted with modern retractable ceiling fans.   • In line with body corporate regulations, all local and international guests must be registered prior to arrival. To confirm your booking, guest verification is mandatory. Guests are required to provide full names, contact details, clear copies of ID or passports, vehicle registration (if applicable), and estimated arrival time. This information is used solely for security clearance purposes and will remain strictly confidential. Please note that failure to submit these details timeously may result in delayed or denied check-in.  
  • Rates are quoted per day.   
  • Advertised rates and minimum stays are seasonal.      
  • A Departure Cleaning Fee will be charged per booking.  
  • A standard key & breakage deposit is payable before check-in. This amount depends on the standard of the establishment and may be changed at the owner’s / management’s discretion.   
  • For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.  
  • Please be advised that St. Helena Bay is a traditional fishing village that hosts several fish factories in the vicinity. Guests should be aware that wind conditions may result in a "fish" odour coming from the nearby factories, which could affect your experience; however, it is not anticipated to detract from your overall stay. There are established protocols and forums in place to monitor air emissions from all local fish factories.  
  • Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a modest reimbursement may be requested. 

Cancellation Policy

  • Should the booking be cancelled 15 days or more prior to the check-in date, the full amount received will be refunded.        
  • Should the booking be cancelled 14 days or less prior to the check-in date, the full amount received will be forfeited.
