This gorgeous two-bedroom home is situated in the coastal fishing town of Velddrif, Cape Town which is located on the estuary where the Berg River flows into St. Helena Bay. Comfortably accommodating up to four guests, this home has the perfect balance of luxury and coastal living.

A fully equipped kitchen caters to all your culinary needs and features a scullery area including a dishwasher and washing machine for your convenience. From the scullery area, there is a door leading out to an outside space to hang up washing. The double garage and driveway provide sufficient space for parking during your stay. Alongside the house, you will find an outdoor braai area with an undercover deck area with seating, perfect for entertaining. The back of the house presents a beautiful garden with pebble walkways and green shrubbery. 

Upstairs from the living area is a loft with a dedicated workspace, comfy seating and a sun/day bed to relax on. The beautifully appointed bedrooms provide a serene space for a peaceful night’s sleep. The first bedroom features two three-quarter beds, soft bedside lighting and makes use of a shared bathroom with a shower, toilet and basin with vanity. The second bedroom offers a queen size bed with an en-suite bathroom including a shower, bath, toilet and basin with vanity. Double glass doors open onto the back garden from the second bedroom, allowing an abundance of natural light and fresh air to fill the space. 

Velddrif offers a variety of nearby attractions including river cruises on the Berg River, the SA Fisheries Museum, Rocherpan Nature Reserve, local art displays, beaches, water sports and local dining spots known for their fresh seafood.   • A Departure Cleaning Fee will be charged per booking.  
  • A standard key & breakage deposit is payable before check-in. This amount depends on the standard of the establishment and may be changed at the owner’s / management’s discretion.   
  • For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.  
  • Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a modest reimbursement may be requested.

Cancellation Policy

  • Should the booking be cancelled 15 days or more prior to the check-in date, the full amount received will be refunded.        
  • Should the booking be cancelled 14 days or less prior to the check-in date, the full amount received will be forfeited.
