This lovely two-bedroom apartment is located in the lively suburb of

entering, guests are greeted by a sunny, open-plan kitchen, dining
area, and living room. The kitchen features a stylish white-tile
backsplash and comes fully equipped with everything necessary for a
convenient, self-catering stay. Modern appliances such as a front-load
washer and dryer, microwave, Nespresso machine, and toaster are all
included for added convenience. An intimate dining area that can seat
up to four people is located just next to the kitchen.
Walking just past the kitchen and dining area, guests will find a
thoughtfully furnished living room that’s fitted with a plush couch,
chair, and a Smart TV. Perfect for enjoying a cosy night in with loved
ones. Large windows and a glass patio door allow natural light to flood
into the room. The patio has an outdoor table with comfy seating,
enabling guests to enjoy the stunning Cape Town scenery over a cup of
coffee. Internet access is available throughout the whole apartment.
The main bedroom features a king-size bed, two bedside tables, and a
large wardrobe that offers ample storage space. This room also contains
an en-suite bathroom that consists of a toilet, shower, and washbasin.
The second bedroom is fitted with two single beds, two bedside tables,
and a wardrobe, ideal for two children or friends sharing a room. The
second shared bathroom has a washbasin, toilet, and shower. Fresh
towels and linen will be provided for your stay.
This apartment is located approximately 500m from the Bloubergstrand
beachfront, placing guests just down the road from popular attractions
and amenities such as beachfront dining, kitesurfing, shopping centres,
and spectacular views of the iconic Table Mountain.
House Rules
For security and safety purposes, guests are required to provide full names, identification, details of any children travelling, vehicle registrations, and estimated arrival times prior to check-in. This information will be treated confidentially, and failure to submit it on time may result in delayed or denied check-in.
All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice and will incur an extra charge.
A standard key and breakage deposit is payable before check-in. This amount depends on the standard of the establishment and may be changed at the owner’s/management’s discretion.
Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.
A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply.
