Sea Spray A109 is a stunning two-bedroom apartment located in the

Entering this beachfront apartment, guests are immediately greeted with
a bright and airy dining area and living room. The dining area is set
up right next to the kitchen and can comfortably seat up to four
guests, creating a great spot to enjoy a morning coffee. The living
room is thoughtfully furnished with plush, comfortable seating and a
flat-screen television, perfect for enjoying a cosy night in with loved
ones. Internet access is available throughout the whole apartment.
The kitchen is fitted with classic white cabinets with marble
countertops, boasting a timeless design while providing ample storage
space. Modern appliances such as a microwave, kettle, and toaster are
all included for added convenience. The kitchen is fully equipped with
everything necessary for a comfortable self-catering stay.
The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, a bedside table on
each side, and a large wardrobe. This room also features a private
balcony that contains an outdoor table and comfy seating that boasts
stunning ocean views. The second bedroom is fitted with two single beds
and a shared bedside table, perfect for two children or a pair of
friends sharing a room. The shared bathroom boasts a bath, toilet,
washbasin, and shower. Fresh towels and linen will be provided for your
stay.
Sea Spray A109 is located within a secure building situated on the
beachfront. During their stay, guests are welcome to enjoy the communal
outdoor swimming pool, a deck with tables and chairs, and a braai area
that boasts stunning ocean and mountain views.
This spot places guests just across the road from the beach, with
restaurants, cafés, bars, and shopping centres all located just a short
walk away. This apartment is ideal for a small family or group of

House Rules
For security and safety purposes, guests are required to provide full names, identification, details of any children travelling, vehicle registrations, and estimated arrival times prior to check-in. This information will be treated confidentially, and failure to submit it on time may result in delayed or denied check-in.
Please note that the property can only be accessed via stairs and does not have elevator access, making it unsuitable for wheelchair users.
All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice and will incur an extra charge.
A refundable key and breakage deposit is payable prior to check-in, with the amount determined by the quality of the establishment and applied at the discretion of the owner or management.
Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.
A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply.
