The Waves 704 is a beautiful two-bedroom apartment located in the

Upon entering the property, guests are greeted with a spacious
open-plan area that consists of a kitchen, dining area, and living
room. The kitchen is fitted with modern appliances such as a kettle,
microwave, dishwasher, and extractor fan, perfect for a convenient
self-catering stay. The large island counter makes for the ideal spot
to enjoy a delicious breakfast and a cup of coffee. The kitchen
seamlessly flows into the dining area, which can comfortably seat up to
six guests.
Walking past the kitchen and dining area, guests will find a stylish
living room. Thoughtfully furnished with a comfy couch, two living room
chairs, a coffee table, and a flat-screen television, this space
invites guests to relax and unwind after a busy day full of exploring,
while enjoying endless ocean views. Internet access is available
throughout the whole apartment.
The living room area leads to an enclosed patio, furnished with
comfortable seating and a coffee table. Large windows allow the room to
be bathed in natural light while guests can enjoy the breathtaking
sights that only Bloubergstrand can offer.
This cosy apartment can welcome up to four guests. The main bedroom has
a queen-size bed, two bedside tables on either side, a wardrobe that
provides ample storage space, and a large window offering spectacular
ocean views. The en-suite bathroom contains a shower, toilet, and
washbasin. The second bedroom is fitted with two single beds and a
shared bedside table, ideal for two children or friends sharing. For
added convenience, the apartment also boasts a second shared bathroom
that’s fitted with a bath, toilet, and washbasin. Fresh linens and
towels will be provided for your stay.

For security and safety purposes, guests are required to provide full names, identification, details of any children travelling, vehicle registrations, and estimated arrival times prior to check-in. This information will be treated confidentially, and failure to submit it on time may result in delayed or denied check-in.
All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice and will incur an extra charge.
A standard key and breakage deposit is payable before check-in. This amount depends on the standard of the establishment and may be changed at the owner’s/management’s discretion.
Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.
A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply.
